Hotel Histrion is located by the former church of St. Bernardin. It has comfortably furnished rooms and apartments with balconies overlooking the sea or the lagoon. The hotel has direct access to the indoor pools of the Laguna Water Park and to the wellness, which includes saunas, various massages and beauty treatments. The hotel also features a children’s playground and a mini club.

The story of Istriana is represented by the henbane (lat. Hyoscyamus niger). This flower has five leaves which are associated with the five elements of the earth and the five senses. Each colorful leaf represents an experience point in the resort: seawater in swimming pool – whisper of the waves, room- unendless view, spa – beneficial touch, gastronomy – authentic flavours, herbal promenade – fragrances of the autochtones herbs.

Look ... the endless blue view. The 276 renovated rooms in pastel, natural colors with a touch of Istria and endless sea view, offer an oasis for a complete disconnection from everyday life. In the room, you can admire the most famous images of Istria.

Laguna Bernardin Water it is getting a new look

The Laguna Bernardin Water Park in Portorož is the largest pool complex with heated sea water on the Slovenian coast. Part of the water surface within the St. Bernardin hotel complex is intended for guests who want to relax and enjoy the peace, and the other part is designed for fun water activities.

In the swimming pool complex with heated sea water - Sea Park Termaris – with 2,400 m²surface one part is intended for guests who wish to relax and enjoy the peace, while the other part is designed for fun water activities.

Family-Friendly Hotel

Hotel Histrion is a family-friendly hotel. During the holidays, we organize a Mini Club on the beach. The modern playground is filled with recreational equipment, various toys, video games and cartoons.

Bike-Friendly

Cycling standards are implemented in order to improve the services offered to cycling tourists, to gain their trust and become more recognizable amongst recreational cyclists, with the long-term prospect of improving the marketing potential in this sports sector. Hotel Histrion acquired the “bike-friendly hotel” certificate in the two wheel category. It meets the cyclists’ requirements in regards to quality and available services.
