Green mobility – friendly to guests and the environment

The company Hoteli Bernardin is aware of the challenges of sustainable long-term development and social responsibility and is thus an active supporter of green innovations. In its hotels it constantly introduces long-term solutions in the field of energetic efficiency. In Grand hotel Bernardin guests and owners of electric vehicles have the possibility to charge their cars at a charging station, which has 22 kW power and can charge all electric vehicles from renowned manufacturers such as Tesla, Renault, BMW, VW, Nissan, Daimler,…
The instalment of the electric charging station is the result of the cooperation with the company Avant car, a developer of electric mobility. The station is located right next to the hotel’s main entrance and allows the simultaneous charging of two vehicles. Grand hotel Bernardin is included as a location for charging electric vehicles in ChargeJuice, one of the leading applications and web solutions with a European net of charging stations for electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles can ensure mobility without exhaust, noise and – if charged with electricity from renewable resources – have no carbon footprint.
